The pulse duration of the PicoWay is so short that the skin is not damaged when the pigment is targeted. However, due to the reaction of the pigment once targeted by the laser, you may experience redness, swelling or light blistering as a result.
The efficacy of laser tattoo removal depends on a number of variables including; the pigment used, the depth of the pigment in your skin, the amount of saturation and whether or not there is scar tissue present.
