This policy is designed to comply with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), applicable provincial privacy laws including British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), and the disclosure requirements of the advertising platforms we use, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
By using our website, submitting a form, booking an appointment, or otherwise interacting with our services, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

- Pages visited, links clicked, and time spent on pages
- The website or advertisement that referred you to our site

Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small file placed on your device that helps a website remember your preferences and how you interact with it. We use:
- Strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function
- Analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it
- Advertising cookies placed by Meta, Google, and similar platforms to measure and improve the effectiveness of our ads
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though doing so may affect site functionality.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries and book consultations or appointments
- Provide the treatments you have requested and follow up on your care
- Send appointment reminders and aftercare instructions
- Send marketing communications where you have opted in
- Operate, secure, and improve our website and services
- Measure the performance of our advertising and tailor it to relevant audiences

Under PIPEDA, we rely on your consent to collect, use, and disclose your personal information. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice (see Your privacy rights below).
Online advertising and the Meta Pixel
We advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and may use Meta's business tools, including the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API, on our website. These tools allow us to:
- Measure the effectiveness of our ads (for example, whether someone who clicked an ad later booked a consultation)
- Build Custom Audiences of website visitors so we can show them relevant ads on Meta platforms
- Build Lookalike Audiences of people similar to our existing customers
When the Meta Pixel is active, certain information about your visit (such as the pages you view, actions you take, your IP address, and a hashed identifier) may be shared with Meta. Meta processes this information in accordance with its own data policy. We do not share your name, email, or phone number with Meta unless you explicitly provide them through a Meta-hosted form (for example, a Meta lead ad).
You can manage your Meta ad preferences and opt out of certain advertising activities through your Meta account settings. You can also limit ad tracking using your device settings (for example, “Limit Ad Tracking” on iOS or “Opt out of Ads Personalization” on Android), or use industry opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada at youradchoices.ca.
For more information on how Meta uses data, see Meta's Privacy Policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
Online advertising and Google Ads
We advertise on Google's ad network and use Google's global site tag (gtag.js) on our website to support Google Ads campaign measurement. This tag allows us to:
- Measure the effectiveness of our Google ads (for example, whether someone who clicked an ad later submitted a franchise inquiry)
- Build remarketing audiences so we can show relevant ads to past website visitors across Google's ad network
- Optimize our campaigns toward people more likely to take an action that matters to us, such as submitting a consultation or franchise inquiry
When the Google tag is active, certain information about your visit (such as the pages you view, actions you take, your IP address, cookie identifiers, and device information) may be shared with Google. Google processes this information in accordance with its own privacy policy. We do not share your name, email, or phone number with Google through the tag.
You can manage your Google ad preferences and opt out of personalized advertising at myadcenter.google.com, or use industry opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada at youradchoices.ca. You can also limit ad tracking using your device settings (for example, “Limit Ad Tracking” on iOS or “Opt out of Ads Personalization” on Android).
For more information on how Google uses data, see Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
