I can't recommend Billy at Studio Kiku enough! I was so nervous about getting my microbladed eyebrows removed because you never know what colour might be hiding underneath. Billy immediately put me at ease, explained everything clearly, did a test spot first and then worked slowly and carefully to make sure everything looked good before continuing. The results after just one session were fab! I went back for a second appointment and despite being worried my brows might turn bright yellow, Billy's knowledge and skill gave me complete confidence. The results were amazing and I had my natural brows back! I'm so glad I came here. Thank you so much, Billy!

I am so thankful I have been following Studio Kiku for a while now and had a consultation over a year ago. As things go in a busy life, a year went by and on a sunny day in a coffee shop, I noticed so many women with Microblading and thought... I am one of these women and I am not happy with my eyebrows anymore. It looks dated. So, I went home and booked my appointment. I saw Ailie and she was so wonderful. Had an excellent experience here. The space is very clean and hygienic, and I could see the entire process and the equipment being used, which gave me a lot of trust. All of the staff were super kind and welcoming, and my technician Ailie was very quick and professional, making the procedure much less painful than I expected. She explained each step clearly and provided detailed aftercare instructions, so I felt very well taken care of. The treatment itself was done smoothly and with great attention to detail. Highly recommend this place for tattoo removal.

I had some questionable body tattoo removal elsewhere in the past and pushed off getting my eyebrows lasered. I have a few friends who have seen Billy and I've only heard good things. I was so nervous to try a new area of removal and at a different shop. but I finally did it today and LET ME PUT YOU ON! Billy is so sweet, chill and straight forward with his service. He gave me a thorough breakdown on what to expect and possible outcomes before proceeding. He uses a newer Pico machine and allows you to control the cooling tube when you need. I love how calm and efficient he is. He also gave a few recommendations for numbing and how to approach my next potential area of body tattoo I want to remove. The entire removal took so little time and was so tolerable. Highly recommend and will be continuing to recommend to my own clients too! Thanks Billy!

I had my eyebrow permanent makeup removal done here the month ago and I honestly couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the service was absolutely top-notch. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional. They made me feel comfortable and at ease right away. The space is clean, relaxing, and very well organized. Billy did an amazing job! He is knowledgeable, gentle, and clearly very experienced. He explained the entire process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. The results already look fantastic, and I'm so impressed with his attention to detail and care. I truly believe more people need to know about this place. Before coming here, I went to other technician who assured me that saline removal would definitely remove my old blue pigment, but that was not my experience at all. Unfortunately, I wasted time and money based on those promises. If you're considering eyebrow permanent makeup removal, I highly recommend this place. Outstanding service, a wonderful team, and truly exceptional work!

I went for my first eyebrow PMU removal today and saw Billy. He's informative, gentle and did an amazing job telling me the possible risk of color being left once the treatment is done. It's super fast but he does it slow enough so you aren't in any pain. I'm so excited to go back for my second appointment in 6 weeks. Make sure you do your research before you go get your eyebrows microbladed.. I would highly recommend Billy for removal 🫶🏼

I had my first laser tattoo removal appointment with Ailie and had an amazing experience all around!! She was so kind, professional, quick, and did everything she could to make me as comfortable as possible! I am getting a large forearm tattoo and a smaller tattoo on my upper arm removed. I got to the studio 30 minutes before my appointment time to have some numbing cream applied. I was SO nervous about the pain I almost chickened out completely. I know everyone's pain tolerance is different, but my pain level really wasn't that bad. If getting a tattoo was a 6/10, this was maybe a 7/10. It's also SO quick, my forearm tattoo maybe took 3 minutes in total and my upper arm tattoo took less than a minute. She iced me pretty well before using the laser, and throughout the process blew more cold air onto my skin. Highly recommend Ailie!!

I came here specifically for picotoning. Allie explained everything to me very clearly. She was professional and friendly. She provided fair consultation and did not try to upsell me for something I don't need! Bonus points is that she is a trained aesthetician and knows her facials!! It's been about a week and my skin looks good so far but only done this one time (recommended is 3 times).
