Tattoo removal in Calgary
Calgary is Alberta's largest city and one of the youngest major metros in the country, with a median age of 38. Energy still anchors the economy and the downtown core holds the second-largest concentration of corporate head offices in Canada, but the last decade has added a serious tech sector on top of that. The tech workforce has grown more than 60% since 2018.
A third of Calgarians were born outside Canada, and first- and second-generation immigrants make up about 60% of the city. That range of skin tones matters more in laser removal than most people are told. A darker skin type needs different wavelengths, lower fluence and more time between sessions, and a practitioner who treats every client on one setting will cause damage.
