If you've been putting off laser tattoo removal because you're worried about the total cost, you're not alone. Most clinics charge per session, which means you won't know the final price until the tattoo is gone. That uncertainty stops a lot of people from starting.
We built the Complete Tattoo Removal Package to solve exactly that problem. One flat rate, quoted upfront, for complete removal - no matter how many sessions it takes.
Note: Complete Removal is defined as achieving the most natural appearance of the skin, with minimal visible traces of the tattoo remaining. Some tattoos, particularly older or denser pieces, may reach a point where no further fading is possible.
How the flat-rate package works
You book a free consultation at any of our three locations: Vancouver, Langley, or Vaughan. We look at your tattoo in person - size, colors, depth, location, skin type - and give you a single flat-rate quote for complete removal.
That quote covers all sessions needed to fully clear the tattoo. No surprises, no price increases partway through. "Most people assume their tattoo will take more sessions than it actually does," says Billy DeCola, Studio Kiku founder. "The flat rate removes that fear and lets them focus on healing instead of math."
Once you accept the quote, you pay the flat rate and start treatment. Sessions are spaced a minimum of 8 weeks apart - that's how long it takes for your body to clear the broken-down pigment and for your skin to fully heal. We use the Candela PicoWay, the world's most advanced picosecond laser, which shatters ink into particles small enough for your immune system to remove.
What the package includes
The flat rate covers:
- All laser sessions required for complete removal
- Post-treatment care instructions after every session
- Progress photos to track fading
- Free touch-up sessions if any faint pigment remains after the final session
It doesn't include numbing cream (we can recommend over-the-counter options) or aftercare products like ointment - those are separate, but inexpensive.

Why we offer a flat rate
Session-by-session pricing makes sense for some situations - small touch-ups, partial fading, cover-up prep - but for people who want a tattoo completely gone, it creates unnecessary stress. You're already committing to months of treatment. You shouldn't have to guess what the total will be.
The flat rate also aligns our incentives with yours. We're not motivated to drag out the process because we've already been paid. We want you cleared as efficiently as possible so you can move on.
The honest part
Not every tattoo is a good fit for the flat-rate package. If your tattoo has a lot of bright yellows, pastels, or white ink, we might recommend session-by-session pricing instead. Those colors are the hardest to remove - they respond slower and less predictably - and we'd rather not lock you into a flat rate that doesn't reflect the real work involved.
We'll tell you in the consultation if your tattoo falls into that category. If it does, we'll walk you through session pricing and give you a realistic estimate of how many treatments to expect.
We also don't quote flat rates over the phone. The only way to give you an accurate price is to see the tattoo in person. Photos help - and we're happy to give preliminary feedback via email if you send clear images - but the final quote happens at the consultation.

If you'd rather walk in, all three studios accept drop-ins for assessments. Bring the tattoo and we'll look at it on the spot.
You can also email photos to the studio and we'll give you preliminary feedback. That's not a formal quote - we need to see the tattoo in person for that - but it'll tell you whether the flat-rate package is likely to be an option for your case.
Once you have your quote and you're ready to start, we'll book your first session and walk you through what to expect. The whole process is designed to be as straightforward as possible - one price, one plan, no guessing.
